Notes

Dismantling the machine as it is. No cleaning is carried out.
All transport locks and lifting equipment remain our property and will be returned to us by the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays of the transport companies and do not assume any costs in the event of a delay.
Paths must be at ground level and free of objects. Cranes and forklifts will be provided by arrangement.

Should the commissioning exceed the specified duration for reasons for which we are not responsible, the costs must be invoiced additionally according to the corresponding installation rates. These can be found below. Commissioning does not include any repairs to the machine. The machine is purchased in the same condition as at the time of inspection. However, we are happy to offer appropriate repairs as required.

The creation of a geometry report before dismantling is possible and can be offered separately. This serves as the basis for commissioning on site. We are happy to offer you maintenance packages. The corresponding parts must be ordered by you from the manufacturer.
This is not carried out by our service technicians, but by an appropriate cleaning team on a separate date.

Terms of service

Working hours

Our fitters and service technicians work a 5-day week (Monday to Friday inclusive), with a working week of 40 hours.

Overtime, Saturday and Sunday hours are only worked at the request of the client and by prior prior agreement.

Overtime bonuses

on Saturdays: 50%
on Sundays: 100%
on public holidays*: 150%

*according to the public holiday regulations in North Rhine-Westphalia

Travel expense rates

Arrival/departure by car: € 0.92 per km (service base: 42899 Remscheid)
Arrival/departure by other means of transportation (train, rental car, etc.) will be charged according to receipt.

Travel time for service technician mechanics/mechatronics: € 85.00 per hour
Fitter travel time: € 75.00 per hour

Accommodation costs

Domestic flat rate: € 100.00 per night or, in the case of higher costs, according to receipt
Flat rate abroad: in accordance with the BMF travel expenses guidelines

Set-up time

Assembly preparation/planning: € 85.00 per hour.

Utilization of external companies

If technicians or specialists from external companies are used, we reserve the right to charge for the actual expenditure incurred and to charge an administration fee of 10% of the invoice value.

Certificate of employment

Each completed installation/repair shall be accepted or confirmed by the client or its representative in the presence of our employee.

The working, travel and waiting times noted on the service/installation report serve as the basis for invoicing.

In the event of refusal, the records of the fitter/service technician shall serve as the basis for invoicing.

The travel completion time can only be determined after the return of our employees and will be invoiced according to the actual time incurred.

External assembly

No warranty claims can be asserted for damage caused by the incorrect installation of spare parts by the client himself or by a third party company commissioned by him.

General remarks

Deviations from these provisions require the written consent of 5X Machines GmbH to be valid.

If changes occur, the rates valid at the time of the order shall apply.
